Shipping Methods

All items are shipped via USPS and ship between 5-7 days. Shipping rates start at the prices listed below and go up with weight. All packages include tracking.

United States: $5
Canada: $18 
International: $20

Duties and Taxes

Live Artzy will not handle the collection or remittance of VAT. Instead, your country's customs authorities will collect the VAT when the package arrives. This may cause delays in the delivery time of the packages. Prior to making a purchase, we recommend contacting your country's customs office to inquire about any additional costs you may incur.

Lost or Damaged Items

I am not responsible for lost or damaged items. Once a package has left my possession, it is no longer my responsibility. There may be delays due to the pandemic. If your order does not arrive, please visit your local post office for more information.

If you ever receive an incorrect item, please contact me and I will work diligently to correct the issue.
