How can I order?
There are two ways to place an order with us. The first option is to visit our website and make a purchase directly through our online store. Alternatively, you can reach out to us on Instagram by sending us a message and attaching pictures of the items you would like to purchase. This allows us to proceed with your order.
If you prefer to pay using ATH Móvil, you can directly message us through our social media channels to place your order. Simply let us know your preferred payment method, and we will assist you accordingly.
How can I pay through ATH Movil?
To make a purchase using ATH Móvil as your payment method, please send us a message through Instagram to place your order. Kindly note that we are unable to accept ATH Móvil payments directly on our website.
However, our website offers alternative payment options for your convenience. At checkout, you can use PayPal, VISA debit cards, or credit cards to complete your purchase securely. These payment methods are accepted on our website to provide you with a seamless shopping experience.
How do I order a commission?
You can check out our “Guidelines” and “Comissions” tabs for information and fill out a form in our “Order a Commission” sub-menu to request a commission. Or, you can message us through Instagram @liveartzy.
Do you work custom orders?
Depending on the product and amount of items, I can take custom orders as well. I’ve done custom keychains, button pins, and coasters for some of our customers! If you’d like to know more, feel free to send me an e-mail or message me through Instagram.
How much is shipping?

What is the Processing Time?
Orders are processed within 3-7 business days.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use USPS for shipping. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Duties and Taxes when Shipping
Live Artzy will not handle the collection or remittance of VAT. Instead, your country's customs authorities will collect the VAT when the package arrives. This may cause delays in the delivery time of the packages. Prior to making a purchase, we recommend contacting your country's customs office to inquire about any additional costs you may incur.
Can I cancel an order?
If your order has not been shipped yet, it is possible for us to cancel it. To request a cancellation, please contact us by e-mail.
What areas do you currently ship to?
We currently offer shipping to USA and Puerto Rico only due to shipping restrictions for international locations. We look forward to offer international shipping in the future.

Ko-Fi is a platform similar to Patreon in which everyone can donate or subscribe to memberships from any creator and have monthly goods delivered to their home like stickers, art prints, and more. You can read more about it on our Home Page and Ko-Fi tab on the navigation menu.
